In conjunction with the expansion of Grand Seiko ID services, we would like to inform you of changes to the login method for Grand Seiko Boutique Online and the implementation of system maintenance.
By registering for a Grand Seiko ID, you will be able to log in not only to the Grand Seiko Boutique Online but also to the following eligible services, eliminating the need to manage separate IDs and passwords for each service.
■Regarding the expansion of the Grand Seiko ID service
Starting March 5, 2025 (Wednesday), you will be able to register/log in to the following services using the same email address.

■ Change of login method
Existing Grand Seiko Boutique Online members will also need to register for a Grand Seiko ID when logging in for the first time after March 5th (Wednesday) . When registering, please enter the email address you have already registered with Grand Seiko Boutique Online.
Details on how existing members can register for a Grand Seiko ID and log in will be provided again on or after Wednesday, March 5th.
