How can I confirm whether my order was placed correctly?
If you registered for an account with us, you can also confirm the order details in the “Orders” section of your account.
Placed an order, but did not receive an "Order confirmation" email.
If you did not receive an “Order Confirmation” email, even though the order number was displayed on the screen after placing the order, there is a possibility that your order was not placed correctly. Please contact us directly and we will confirm your order status and details.
What is the return policy for Grand Seiko products?
Grand Seiko online boutique service provides a full money back guarantee on all our goods sold. If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods, it can be returned providing the following conditions are met;
The watch must be brand new, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging and include the guarantee & instruction book, along with any additional items issued at the time of sale. Watches that have been modified such as engraving, or band adjustment are not eligible for return. Note that products that fall under the Special Order Policy are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or credit.
How do I process a return or exchange?
You must notify us within 14 business days from the receipt of your goods if you wish to return your purchase. Email boutiqueonline@grand-seiko-apac.com with your name, address, phone number, order number, and the reason for your return. You will be issued with a Return Authorisation Number via your nominated email address. Goods cannot be returned to physical stores if they were not delivered as Click and Collect.
