How can I confirm whether my order was placed correctly?

After you place your order, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email which will include the items you ordered along with your shipping and billing address details. Please keep the email as a confirmation of your purchase and contact us directly if any of the details are incorrect.

If you registered for an account with us, you can also confirm the order details in the “Orders” section of your account.

Placed an order, but did not receive an "Order confirmation" email.

If you did not receive an “Order Confirmation” email, even though the order number was displayed on the screen after placing the order, there is a possibility that your order was not placed correctly. Please contact us directly and we will confirm your order status and details.

What is the return policy for Grand Seiko products?

All our products are tested and checked prior to despatch, but should you encounter a problem please contact us boutiqueonline@grand-seiko-apac.com with your name, address, phone number, order number, and the problem you are experiencing. Sometimes these problems are easily rectified without the need to return your order.

Grand Seiko online boutique service provides a full money back guarantee on all our goods sold. If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods, it can be returned providing the following conditions are met;

The watch must be brand new, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging and include the guarantee & instruction book, along with any additional items issued at the time of sale. Watches that have been modified such as engraving, or band adjustment are not eligible for return. Note that products that fall under the Special Order Policy are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or credit.

How do I process a return or exchange?

You must notify us within 14 business days from the receipt of your goods if you wish to return your purchase. Email boutiqueonline@grand-seiko-apac.com with your name, address, phone number, order number, and the reason for your return. You will be issued with a Return Authorisation Number via your nominated email address. Goods cannot be returned to physical stores if they were not delivered as Click and Collect.

What is the warranty policy for Grand Seiko products?

We warrant free repair and adjustment service against any defects on the watch head (movement and case) and metallic band, provided that the watch was used as described in the instruction manual. The period of the Grand Seiko worldwide warranty is five years from the date of purchase.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Please contact us at boutiqueonline@grand-seiko-apac.com, if you would like to cancel your order before it is dispatched. We will refund your purchase within 3-5 working days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping. Delivery only within Singapore.

What is the recommended service schedule for Grand Seiko watches?

As with any precision instrument with moving parts, it is important to have your watch serviced at regular intervals to maintain its optimum performance and to replace gaskets that can become worn and hardened with age which will reduce the water resistance of your watch.

Please refer to your watch manual for the recommended service time or contact us directly. The service intervals will also depend upon the type of watch, the climate and environment it is worn in and the general care taken by the owner of the watch.
