A Pale And Pure "Snow White Blue" Dial

The Hotaka mountain range, as seen from the "Shinshu Time Craftsman Workshop" where Grand Seiko quartz models are manufactured, is covered in snow for several months during winter. The hard, compacted snow surface is eroded by strong winds, creating wind-blown snow patterns. This "snow white pattern" is expressed using a stamped design, and a light blue coloring is applied to evoke the clear blue of the winter sky reflected in the snowy landscape. The blue steel second hand, which moves smoothly across the dial, represents the quiet passage of time.
The case and bracelet are made of bright titanium, which is approximately 30% lighter than stainless steel and has excellent scratch and corrosion resistance, resulting in a light and comfortable fit.
Quartz Movement "Caliber 9F62"
The Caliber 9F62 movement in this model incorporates various mechanisms not typically found in ordinary quartz movements, and even now, more than a quarter of a century after its creation, it boasts high precision as the pinnacle of quartz movements. It has an annual deviation of ±10 seconds and a battery life of approximately 3 years. It also features a date display.
